Clinic Operations Manage clinic operations, including costs, staffing, and quality standards. Lead, coach, and develop staff. Collaborate with HR, Quality, and Technical Services. Oversee the Home Therapies Program. Maintain records and ensure compliance with data collection and audits. Manage financials and oversee network reporting and surveys. Patient Care Coordinate all aspects of patient care from admission to discharge. Educate patients on quality measures, transplant options, and access care. Address patient and family concerns. Complete patient assessments and care plans timely. Manage patient schedules and treatment eligibility. Staff Participate in hiring and onboarding. Ensure staff training and certification compliance. Support staff development and conduct evaluations. Handle scheduling and payroll. Physicians Facilitate physician privileges and ensure policy compliance. Maintain strong physician relationships and communication. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; RN license. Current state licensure. Minimum 6+ years in healthcare operations, 12 months in clinical nursing, and 6 months in dialysis nursing. Ability to pass the Ishihara Color Blind Test. Physical Demands Work involves desk work, patient interaction, and possible travel between facilities. Work environment typical of healthcare settings with potential exposure to infectious materials.
