We are looking for a reliable and friendly Dental Nurse to join our client\’s busy mixed NHS and private practice near Kingswinford. This is a great opportunity to become part of a supportive team in a well-established practice offering a broad range of treatments. Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming patients in person and on the phone in a friendly, professional manner and checking in patients for their appointments.
- Providing information about treatments, procedures, and clinic policies.
- Managing nervous or anxious patients calmly and supportively.
- Booking and rescheduling appointments.
- Taking payments (cash, card, insurance claims).
- Updating personal details, medical histories, and treatment records.
- Processing patient registrations and consent forms.
