Data Migration Analyst (D365) – inside IR35 – 6 month contract

Data Engineer / Data Migration Analyst / Data Migration Technical Specialist / D365 Technical Consultant

Key Objective:We are seeking a talented and motivated professional to develop data migration packages that will support our migration from current systems to D365 Finance and D365 Project Operations. This role is integral to ensuring accurate and efficient data transformation and integrity throughout the migration process.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in MS SQL and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
  • Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
  • Familiarity with Dataverse (Project Operations) and D365 FSCM APIs
  • Strong analytical skills for identifying and resolving field mapping and data transformation issues
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot data issues, conduct data quality checks, and identify data anomalies
  • Experience in testing each data load for accuracy and reliability
  • Understanding of APIs and their integration within systems

Project Management Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for facilitating meetings and collaborating with other squads
  • Experience with Azure DevOps for issue logging, tracking, management, and resolution

Functional Experience:

  • Exposure to D365 FSCM (Finance and Supply Chain Management)
  • Exposure to D365 Project Operations
  • A background in finance and/or professional services is an advantage
  • Ability to be present in the London office as required
