WeDoData are working exclusively with a well-regarded secondary school & sixth form in South London, known for consistently achieving higher-than-average results. The school offers a supportive environment with low staff turnover and numerous training & development opportunities. The school is now looking to appoint an experienced Data & Exams Manager to oversee all aspects of the school's data management, including termly and ad-hoc reporting & analytics, census, GDPR compliance, and end-to-end management of the examination process.
The Role
In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to collect, maintain, and analyze student performance data, generating regular reports for SLT and other stakeholders to facilitate actionable insights. You will also oversee the exams function with support from an experienced exams assistant.
Data Responsibilities
- Management of the school's MIS (Bromcom)
- Reporting & analysis of student data
- Submission of school census
- Preparation of progress reports
- Timetable adjustments
Examinations Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of internal and external examinations, including GCSE, BTEC, A-Level, and mock exams
- Processing exam entries for students
- Organizing, training, and managing the invigilation team
- Providing exam and invigilation timetables
- Communicating exam information to parents & students
- Liaising with SENCO for special arrangements
- Managing the exams budget

This full-time, permanent role offers a salary of approximately £40,000 - £45,000 per annum. The position is available all year round.
