This role is ideal for someone who's confident across diagnostics, servicing, and general repairs, and is looking for a steady, Monday to Friday.
About The RoleYou’ll be taking on a varied workload from routine servicing and MOT prep to fault-finding and repairs and diagnostics. It's a proper all-rounder role where your mechanical know-how will be put to good use. You won't be stuck doing the same thing every day, and you'll have the space to just get on with the job. The site’s busy, so expect a solid flow of work and a supportive team around you.
About The ClientYou’ll be based at a long-standing independent dealership with a proper local reputation. Family-run and community-focused, this is a business that's earned the trust of its customers over the years, not through flashy sales tactics, but by doing the job well and treating people fairly. There’s a strong team already in place, and you’ll be stepping into a workshop that’s well organised, with a good kit and a no-nonsense approach.
Working HoursMonday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
Occasional Saturday
Overtime availability
- Full vehicle servicing and repairs
- Diagnostics and fault-finding
- Prepping vehicles for MOT
- Ensuring all work is completed accurately and safely
- Previous experience as a Vehicle technician, Master technician or Diagnostic technician
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Reliable and down-to-earth attitude
- Full UK driving licence
