  • Shifts: Full time - 40 hrs per week, hours between 07:00 and 23:00

About the Job

You will provide proactive and reactive customer service to ensure customers meet their financial arrangements aligned with their goals. You will receive comprehensive training and support in your role.

  • Complete processes accurately and compliantly, ensuring a seamless experience

What you'll do

Conduct financial reviews, provide accurate information, and manage your diary effectively to balance proactive calls and scheduled meetings. Your duties include supporting the bank’s operations, maintaining team relationships, resolving complaints quickly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
