Our client, a long-standing and reputable insurance provider, is looking for a motivated Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team in Ruislip. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in customer service or sales who is looking to build a long-term career within the insurance sector.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Speaking with new and existing customers to understand their needs and offer suitable insurance products
- Building rapport and trust to ensure a high-quality customer experience
- Working towards individual and team KPIs and sales targets
- Providing clear and accurate information to help customers make informed decisions
- Supporting customer retention and identifying upselling opportunities where appropriate
Who we’re looking for:
- Experience in a customer service or sales environment, ideally in a role with targets or KPIs
- Confident, enthusiastic, and motivated to succeed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer care
- Eagerness to learn and develop within the insurance industry
