We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer Marine to join our specialist engineering team, supporting customers in the marine sector across the UK, Ireland, and internationally. This is a permanent, full-time, field-based role with UK and international travel.
Location: Field-based (UK & International Travel)
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Carry out diagnostics, repairs, and major overhauls of marine drive systems both on-site and in our workshop.
- Travel regularly to customer sites, including weekends and extended periods away from home, to minimise downtime and deliver high-quality technical support.
Qualifications:
- Proven background as a Field Service Engineer in service and engineering (Marine Engineering, Royal Navy, Merchant Navy, Shipyards, etc.).
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills (HV systems, motors, inverters, control systems).
- Willingness to travel extensively and work unsociable hours when required.
- Valid driving licence.
