Controls And Automation Engineer

This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining control systems to optimize operational efficiency worldwide as a Controls And Automation Engineer at ACSI Europe Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and design process controls using electrical engineering principles and IT configuration
• Program PLCs and SCADA systems for optimal performance
• Implement and maintain control systems using software tools like AutoCAD, Control Logix, Modicon, Siemens, etc.
• Stay up-to-date with Industrial Cybersecurity best practices and communication protocols (Ethernet, ProfiBus, ProfiNet, Modbus)

Requirements:

• Expert programming skills in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
• Experience in SCADA systems, HMI configuration, and information systems
• Knowledge of Inductive Ignition, Wonderware, WinCC SCADA packages is an advantage
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure with minimal supervision, and meet project timelines
• Excellent customer relationship-building skills and willingness to travel for short periods of commissioning
