The Opportunity: In this role as Continuous Improvement Support you will be central to driving improvement across our food manufacturing operation. You will work closely with managers and teams, both on the shop floor and in the office, to deliver practical CI initiatives, coach individuals at all levels, and help embed a culture of operational excellence.
We're looking for someone who can build strong relationships quickly, has a natural aptitude for teaching, and gains real satisfaction from supporting others to perform at their best. You will need patience, persistence, and charisma because not everyone will be ready to listen right away. This role isn't about sitting behind a desk. It's hands-on, people-focused, and will suit someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and getting stuck in.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and coach individuals across departments to adopt new ways of working and continuously improve performance.
- Deliver CI actions in line with our Manufacturing Excellence strategy, with a balance of office-based planning and shop floor execution.
- Gather and analyse data to inform improvement decisions and track progress.
- Apply CI tools and techniques such as 5S, SMED, and problem-solving frameworks.

- Experience in a food manufacturing environment (chilled food preferred) and working knowledge of GMP.

- Skilled in Microsoft Office and confident analysing and presenting data.
- A strong sense of ownership, resilience, and passion for continuous improvement.
