A growing construction and maintenance team is looking for a skilled and motivatedConcrete Repair Technicianto support projects across the UK. This role involves repairing, restoring, and maintaining concrete structures in both commercial and residential environments, ensuring all work meets high-quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities of theConcrete Repair Technician

  • Conduct inspections of concrete structures to identify defects or damage.
  • Perform a variety of concrete repair techniques including crack injections, patching, and resurfacing.
  • Prepare damaged areas through cleaning, cutting, and grinding.
  • Mix and apply repair materials (e.g. epoxy resins, cement-based compounds).
  • Maintain accurate records of completed work, time, and materials.
  • Assist with maintenance and safe use of repair tools and machinery.

Skills & Qualifications of theConcrete Repair Technician

Essential

  • Proven experience in concrete repair or similar construction roles.
  • Familiarity with concrete repair materials and techniques.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and repair specifications.
  • Skilled in using relevant hand and power tools.
  • CSCS card or equivalent (preferred).

Desirable

  • Background in structural repairs and refurbishment.
