Salary: Competitive plus yearly bonus and Veolia benefits

Hours: Monday - Friday 40 hours per week

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to quote and technically assess enquiries from customers, contractors, sales representatives and other Veolia divisions including Industrial Services
  • Liaise with operational staff, logistics and customers to ensure collections comply with appropriate company procedures and legislative requirements
  • You will ensure the efficient management of customer enquiries via the Salesforce CRM system
  • Liaise with third party disposal outlets to ensure competitive rates are agreed
  • To have direct contact with internal and external customers, providing guidance on legislation, advice on waste management and assisting customers with their waste disposal requirements

What we’re looking for:

  • Chemistry degree or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience gained within the waste management industry
  • Previous experience gained in a customer service role is desirable
