The Role
The company is seeking a talented CNC Machinist to join their team at their Denham site. As a CNC Machinist, you will play a crucial role in the manufacture of high-quality components for their state-of-the-art ejector seats, contributing to saving lives.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate manual and CNC machines to manufacture components to technical specifications and quality standards
- Inspect produced components in accordance with quality procedures and standards
- Carry out basic maintenance on machines and tools as per the company\’s TPM programme and machine manuals
- Deburr components to the required standard within the machine cycle
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in a machine shop environment, with the ability to work from technical drawings and specifications
- Expertise in operating and programming CNC machines, as well as tool setting, deburring, milling, and turning
- Proficiency in inspecting components according to quality procedures and standards
