Offering a $5,000 bonus! Location: Dorchester, MA Adolescent Detention Program (male program) within the Massachusetts Department of Youth Services. Schedule: Full-time, Sunday-Thursday. (Monday-Thursday 9am-6pm plus 4 hour shift on Sundays) Pay rate: $66,500-$68,000 annually Benefits: 401k with company contribution Health, dental, vision insurance Paid time off Tuition reimbursement Discounts on wide array of services/entertainment The Masters level Clinician is responsible for: Assisting the Clinical Director in the implementation, ongoing development and management of the Program\’s clinical component. Providing direct clinical services, administering youth assessment and evaluation instruments to clients in the program. Providing crisis management, and offer clinical support in the program milieu as needed. Work in a hardware secure setting for male identified youth. Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to help young people in the juvenile justice system. Run therapy groups such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy groups and substance use prevention groups (with training). Assist with intakes of new youth and clinical case management of small caseload. Qualifications: Master\’s degree in human services or related field required, license eligible. (LICSW, LMHC) Two (2) years field experience, preferably with at-risk youth. Highly developed clinical skills; demonstrated ability to assess and diagnose a client in crisis; client triage and referral skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
