Clinical Director (Plym & Centerville Sites) Join to apply for the Clinical Director (Plym & Centerville Sites) role at TieTalent SUMMARY: The Director of Partial Hospital Program (PHP) must have experience facilitating groups and be knowledgeable in the treatment of dual diagnosis and mental health disorders in a partial hospital setting. This position requires the ability to function independently, manage crises, and understand various levels of psychiatric care. The Director is a master’s level clinician with expertise in treating patients with mental health and substance use disorders. Essential Job Functions/Duties/Responsibilities Facilitate staff meetings and clinical rounds. Supervise chart audits and oversee maintenance of patient notes. Supervise clinical staff and graduate students. Carry a caseload of four to five (4-5) patients depending on census. Complete patient assessments; provide diagnosis, treatment planning, case management, and discharge planning services. Perform utilization reviews. Lead groups focused on mental health and substance use disorders. Ensure compliance with standards of outside credentialing agencies such as insurers, the Joint Commission, and the Department of Public Health. Work in conjunction with insurance requirements. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to identify appropriate levels of care for patients. Perform administrative and clinical duties. Perform all other duties as assigned. Minimum Knowledge, Experience, And Skills Required Education: Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related discipline. Experience: At least 2 years of clinical experience in addiction, mental health treatment, or Partial Hospital Program; 1-2 years of supervisory experience. Skills: Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well on a multidisciplinary team. Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC required.
