To help us get there, we're looking for a skilled and motivated Digital Trading Executive to join our eCommerce team. Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise onsite promotions using CommerceTools, ensuring product carousels, banners, and offers are accurate and engaging.
- Update and maintain high-quality website content using Amplience, keeping it aligned with brand guidelines and optimised for SEO.
- Collaborate with the CRM team to align email campaigns with trading priorities, reviewing proofs and suggesting product selections.
- Support the execution and optimisation of digital campaigns, monitoring KPIs such as conversion rates and click-through rates.
- Use analytics tools (including Google Analytics) to review performance, report results, and recommend improvements.
- Maintain accurate product and promotional information in line with campaign launches.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical or content-related issues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in digital trading, eCommerce, or a related role.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence using CommerceTools and Amplience (or similar content and promotion management systems).
- Good understanding of digital marketing, onsite merchandising, and campaign optimisation.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics.
