Location: Ludlow, working in a busy farm shop cafe which can seat up to 175 guests.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the head chef with kitchen management
  • Menu development
  • Cooking from fresh using seasonal ingredients
  • Maintaining high levels of food safety and hygiene

Hours and conditions

Hours of work: 2-3 days per week, 8am-4pm. Due to the nature of the business, some weekend work will be necessary.

Contract: temporary, part-time.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a fast paced environment is necessary
  • Applicants must hold a food hygiene level 2 certificate or above dated within the last 3 years
