Overview
Are you a recently MRICS chartered Building Surveyor looking to make the most of your MRICS status? This well-established multidisciplinary consultancy offers an ideal opportunity, based out of its London office near to Victoria station. With multiple offices across the UK and a diverse client base including residential, commercial, heritage, hotels, industrial and more, there is ample opportunity to widen your experience and progress your career.
Responsibilities
- Work with high calibre clients across a range of sectors and projects as part of an experienced and growing team
- Collaborate on bank / project monitoring and building surveying instructions such as Party Wall, Dilapidations and Surveys
- Be aligned with senior colleagues to balance workload and minimise travel where possible
Qualifications
- Recently MRICS qualified (essential)
- Experience within a UK Chartered Surveying / Consultancy environment
- Team player with strong communication skills

- Β£55,000 β Β£70,000 depending on experience
