This is a desk-based role that requires proactive engagement, a strategic mindset, and a passion for delivering commercial value through partner collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source new channel business opportunities via outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn.
  • Manage a pipeline of prospects using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups.
  • Act as the first point of contact for a portfolio of channel partners, providing support, guidance, and regular communication.
  • Identify opportunities within the partner base to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
  • Track and report on partner activity, pipeline status, and forecasted revenue via CRM tools.

The Right Candidate:

  • Two years of Channel sales experience, working in the Telecoms, ISP or MSP sectors.
  • Strong work ethic with passion for new business sales.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential partners.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Results-driven with a focus on working towards and meeting all KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
