Drive Strong & Make Gains: No freight is more reliable than food! Earn $68,000 - $85,000 per year in a Nebraska to Colorado regional position.

Driver Pay Rates:

  • Start at $0.60 per mile for trainees
  • Experienced drivers earn $0.64 - $0.69 per mile, depending on experience
  • All miles paid, loaded or empty, unless going home
  • Extra stop/pickup pay at $40 per stop
  • Lumper pay by JBS, no driver unloads unless they want to ($2.50 per thousand pounds)
  • Breakdown pay: $16/hour after 2 hours, up to 10 hours
  • Layover pay: $140 after 24 hours of idle time; in transit layover pay: $160 per occurrence for loads with multiple drops after 24 hours
