- Shifts: Full time, 40 hours per week, between 07:00 and 23:00

Key Responsibilities
- At first point of contact, provide outstanding customer service and help the organisation to achieve its goals.
- Educate customers on the different ways to bank and support them in choosing the right service options.
- Accurately and compliantly complete processes and procedures, delivering a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Take actions to deliver good customer outcomes, reviewing and mitigating gaps to ensure satisfactory service.
- Conduct financial reviews with customers and provide accurate information to help them make informed decisions.
- Manage diaries and balance proactive conversations with planned customer meetings.
- Maintain relationships with colleagues and resolve complaints promptly to restore customer trust.
