We are currently looking for a Carpenter/Multi Trade to work on a social housing contract in the Chesterfield area. This role is working in void properties, on a self-employed, on-going contract.
The Carpenter/Multi Trade will be carrying out:
- 2nd fix joinery such as fitting internal doors, skirting boards and architraves
- Kitchen fitting/repairs
- Basic Plumbing
- Patch plastering
- Tiling
- Painting
For this Carpenter/Multi Trade role you will need:
- Social housing experience
- Full UK driving license
- Your own transport
- NVQ or City and Guild in any relevant trade
In return, the Carpenter/Multi Trade will get:
- Β£18 per hour (CIS payments available)
- Use of company van & fuel card during working hours
- Long term contract
- Weekly pay
- ASAP start
