Your Role As Cabin Crew

Essential Requirements For The Role

  • 18+ years old with an arm reach of 210 cm (on tiptoes).
  • Fluent English (spoken & written).
  • Educated to at least GCSE or A Level standard or an equivalent high school diploma.
  • Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity).
  • Ability to swim and meet medical requirements.
  • Right to live and work in the UK.
  • Willing to relocate within 90 minutes of Luton Airport or Gatwick Airport.
  • No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.

What’s On Offer

  • The estimated gross On Target Earnings (O.T.E) is £23,450 (basic of £18,000 per annum Variable Pay (Sector Pay & Flight Commission) based on completed flights).
  • Paid training and 28 days of paid holidays per calendar year.
  • No upfront costs for Cabin Crew training and free set of uniform every 18 months.
