As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of bringing this innovative solution to new and existing clients, making a real difference to their businesses—and to yours.

What you’ll do:

  • Take ownership of your sales plan, generating leads from new, existing, and referred clients.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach and high-level networking.
  • Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, markets, and trends.
  • Engage with key decision-makers and build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Conduct impactful meetings and product demonstrations, both virtually and in person.
  • Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive value.
  • Strategically plan and implement operational changes to support business growth.
  • Negotiate pricing and close deals with confidence.
  • Represent XCenta at seminars, conferences, and industry events.

About you:

  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales—this is a must!
  • Experience in Health & Safety Compliance is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and demonstrations.
  • Outgoing, ambitious, and eager to succeed.
  • Natural leader with a proactive, “take the lead” approach.
  • Strong sales ethic and business development acumen.
