A growing niche specialist Waste Management consultancy is looking to hire 2 Business Development Managers due to growth. NB you MUST have waste management Sales experience to be considered. This is a remote role, and you can be based anywhere in the UK. This business are owned by a larger recycling/commodities group, and are growing in revenues and headcount year on year.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Manufacturing markets across the UK.
  • Engage with facilities managers, estates managers, finance directors, procurement teams and health and safety teams to articulate waste management value.
  • Provide true saving and efficiency findings for clients and manage a long sales cycle with minimal leads.

Requirements

  • Strong sales experience in Waste Management (trade, TWM, Hazardous, etc.).
  • Numerate and capable of engaging with a wide range of audiences.
  • Experience selling Waste Management services is mandatory.

Compensation

Salary range is entirely dependent on experience but will be a basic from £40,000 to £70,000, plus a strong bonus scheme and development opportunities. OTE is £80,000–£100,000 per year.
