About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our team in Portishead with agile working. This role offers a fixed-term contract for 12 months, with a salary of £45,000 per annum, and requires 37 hours per week. Key Responsibilities Provide business analysis support on our digital transformation programme and continuous improvement activities. Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to identify, analyze, and recommend business improvements. Develop solutions and communicate how information technology can support organisational needs. About You Extensive experience supporting IT business-change projects and continuous improvement. Formal BA qualification such as ISEB, BCS, or CBAP. Process-driven with a passion for process improvement. Proactive, self-motivated, with strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Expertise in Microsoft 365, project management methodologies, and business analysis tools and techniques.
