We are looking for a Business Analyst to join an established but growing insurance organisation, in the Strategy and Transformation team. The organisation is entering its next phase of growth and transformation, with several exciting initiatives on the horizon.
You will be joining a team of three Business Analysts, working across a company-wide transformation covering new Target Operating Model (TOM) implementations, system upgrades, and product or service launches. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working on end-to-end projects in a business-facing role with lots of senior stakeholder exposure.
Experience required:
- Financial Services or heavily regulated sector (e.g., utilities) experience
- Worked on projects around - New TOM's, systems upgrades, products or service launches
- Strong in a business-facing environment
- Stakeholder management
- Problem-solving and analysis skills
- Ability to wear multiple hats
- Worked in a small environment, responsible for full project lifecycle
