Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with end-users to understand challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Propose, develop, and implement solutions that drive best practices and continuous improvement.
- Support the ongoing management and maintenance of existing solutions while contributing to new and exciting projects.
- Work closely with the Technology Solutions Team alongside developers, project managers, and stakeholders to optimise business processes.
What We’re Looking For:
- A motivated self-starter with a growth mindset, eager to learn and solve problems.
- Comfortable working across a broad spectrum of projects, from process mapping to agile delivery.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with end-users to implement impactful solutions.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including User Stories, Epics, and Process Mapping.
Preferred (but not essential) Experience:
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Continuous Improvement Specialist.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
- Working knowledge of SharePoint as an end-user or administrator.
- Awareness of SAP systems.
- Degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
