- Planned and reactive maintenance of building fabric in commercial sites around Bristol (offices, leisure centres, and schools).
- Carry out repairs to leaks, doors, locks, and make good areas.
- Undertake small and minor works projects (refurbishments to rooms/offices; replacement of doors, locks, sinks, basins, toilets; floor upgrades).
- Support multi-skilled team with DITY tasks and other trades where required.
Qualifications
- Qualified tradesperson with City and Guilds or equivalent in Carpentry or Plumbing; good skills across other trades; multi-skilled experience essential.
- Time-served tradespeople and general builders considered; development offered after probation.
