Acorn by Synergie's client is seeking an energetic and self-motivated Business Development Executive to support and drive their growth across the UK. In this role, you'll focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities by connecting with key decision-makers across various industries. Your goal will be to promote their comprehensive asset management solutions whilst building lasting client relationships. This position suits someone proactive, persuasive, and motivated by targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively research and identify potential clients across targeted sectors and regions.
  • Initiate contact with prospects through outbound calls, emails, and digital research.
  • Qualify inbound leads and evaluate their potential for business engagement.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including contact and company details.
  • Develop strong client connections by understanding their specific business and equipment needs.
  • Support proposal creation and arrange client meetings in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Partner with senior sales colleagues to progress leads through the sales cycle.
  • Represent the company at client visits and industry trade shows.
  • Actively contribute to strategy and alignment in cross-functional global team meetings.

Requirements:

  • 3 years' experience in business development.
  • Ability to meet sales targets.
