Join to apply for the Associate Director role at TieTalent. A boutique consultancy based near Cambridge is searching for a client-facing Associate Director with previous consultancy experience and knowledge of delivering schemes in the Residential, Healthcare, Later Living and Data Centre sectors.

Role and responsibilities

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of multiple projects from start to finish, collaborating with the Project Director and providing support and knowledge to the wider Project Management team.
  • Grow existing relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction with project progress.
  • Drive schemes forward in collaboration with the Project Management team, toward completion.
  • Build relationships with clients, stakeholders and other external parties.
  • Support Project Managers with challenges faced during project lifecycles.
  • Report to the Project Director on a weekly basis with project progress.
  • Manage multiple schemes simultaneously and attend regular meetings with clients to discuss progress.
  • Ensure all works are compliant with safety and quality standards.

Associate Director requirements

  • Previous experience working for a Construction Consultancy.
  • Knowledge of Residential, Healthcare, Later Living or Data Centre sectors is ideal.
  • MRICS or MAPM Chartered is preferred.
  • A relevant BSc/MSc in Construction would be ideal.
  • Commutable to Cambridge.
  • Ability to manage multiple schemes simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
