Were looking for an Associate Account Manager (Junior Account Executive) to support our account management team at ClearCourse. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the ropes of customer success, client engagement, and commercial growthwith training, mentorship, and real-world exposure to software products and clients.
What Youll Be Doing
- Support senior team members in managing a portfolio of software clients
- Help prepare client communications, meeting summaries, and follow-up actions
- Coordinate product demos, training sessions, and webinars
- Learn how to identify customer needs and gather product feedback
- Work closely with sales, support, and product teams to deliver a seamless client experience
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track client touchpoints
- Monitor basic account health metrics and flag issues to the team
- Contribute to renewal documents and commercial proposals
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to support client conversations
- Assist in distributing marketing content that enhances the customer journey
What Were Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
