Are you a Graduate Surveyor looking to kick start your career? I am looking for an Assistant Building Surveyor to join a Housing association in Staffordshire. The Assistant Building Surveyor will be responsible for overseeing all technical reports carried out by a secondary consultancy.

Assistant Building Surveyor duties:

  • Ensure all stock data is up to date and correct
  • Report findings obtained from surveys to the relevant teams
  • Raise the schedule of works to be completed
  • Organise the reports ensuring all information is technically accurate and up to date
