We are seeking an Account Manager for the Isle of Man’s favourite radio station.

The Company

The Role

• Selling radio airtime advertising, online, sponsorship, and promotional opportunities.
• Developing new business and managing existing clients.
• Conducting warm and cold calls to secure face-to-face meetings.
• Working with SMEs and corporate clients.
• Identifying client needs and creating tailored advertising solutions.
• Providing excellent customer service and nurturing client relationships.
• Putting together creative pitches using the latest technology.
• Utilizing presentation tools, metrics, and marketing information to ensure sales success.

The Candidate

• Experience in media sales (radio, outdoor, magazines, online, events, newspapers, etc.) or B2B sales/recruitment.
• Proven success in sales with documented results.
• Commercially aware, motivated, enthusiastic, and tenacious.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Creative, articulate, proactive, and quick-thinking.
• Ability to develop innovative, commercially viable ideas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
