Our client is a Managed Services Provider seeking a 1st Line Engineer to join their support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering first-line IT support , acting as the primary contact for customers, and efficiently managing incidents, service requests, and event alerts. Key Responsibilities: Resolve technical issues across hardware, software, applications, and networks. Maintain accurate customer records and perform administrative tasks. Triaging and troubleshooting a range of technical issues. Essential Skills and Experience: Experience with Microsoft Server Infrastructure including Hyper-V, Active Directory, Clustering, SCVMM, and SQL Server. Microsoft Desktop Infrastructure or equivalent experience. Azure Platform experience. VMware Virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware). Supporting Windows 7/10/11.
