Touchstone, an IT consultancy business based in Hampton, Middlesex, we\’re looking for a talented all round IT professional to join our expanding team.
Our team is passionate, hardworking and fun-loving individuals. We want an individual who has a great work ethic and can deliver outstanding customer service and push beyond customer expectation.
We promote training in ITIL and Microsoft qualifications, including study time and resources. The role is a support based role where the successful candidate will be able to support the client user base remotely and by weekly site visits. We will develop project skills and ultimately become responsible for IT projects based on the client’s needs.

Outsourced IT support (for multiple companies) experience at least 2 years
Excellent communication skills (high standard of written and spoken English)
Excellent Customer Service skills
Must have Technical Support Experience
Desktops – all operating systems, Windows 10,11
Active Directory Administration
