The Birmingham office is centrally located and houses a growing team operating across both corporate and personal client portfolios. What You Will Do
As an Audit Senior, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of audit engagements from planning through to completion, leading fieldwork, supervising junior team members, and acting as the day‑to‑day client contact on site. You'll work across a varied client base spanning multiple sectors, reporting directly into management. Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead audits from planning through to completion for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Prepare audit files in line with Financial Reporting Council standards and internal procedures.
- Identify key audit risks and tailor audit testing accordingly.
- Review financial statements prepared under Companies House / HM Revenue.
