About us: We are a growing business operating in the UK property management sector. As our team continues to expand, we are looking to hire a Residential Property Business Development Manager who will serve as the landlord’s primary commercial representative.
Main purpose of this job: The core mission is to drive asset performance by securing high-quality tenants, minimising void periods, and optimising rental yields. This role will also act as the strategic bridge between the property owner and the market. While the priority is channel and tenant acquisition, the role will also leverage our internal maintenance capabilities and external supplier network to create additional value and revenue streams for the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Expansion & Tenant Acquisition
- Agency Management: Proactively manage relationships with external letting agencies. Negotiate Terms of Business that prioritize the landlord’s ROI and ensure our properties receive "prime" exposure.
- HNW Pipeline: Build a proprietary database of High-Net-Worth clients.
