- Supervisar orden, limpieza y abastecimiento de góndolas.
- Validar correcta exhibición de productos.
- Ejecutar inspecciones y auditorías internas.
- Detectar desviaciones y no conformidades.
- Registrar incidencias y realizar seguimiento correctivo.
- Reportar incidencias relacionadas con reclamos.
- Verificar presentación del personal y el manipulado de los productos.
- Completar checklists de Inspección en tienda.
- Elaborar reportes de hallazgos.
- Supervisar BPM (Buenas Prácticas de Manipulación).
- Verificar temperaturas de conservación.
- Validar almacenamiento correcto de productos.
- Verificar fechas de vencimiento y rotación PEPS/FIFO.
- Detectar riesgos de contaminación cruzada.
Requisitos
- Bachiller en Ingeniería de Alimentos, Agroindustrias, Química, entre otras.
- 2 años de experiencia en empresas de los rubros retail, alimentos, consumo masivo entre otras similares.
- Manejo de Office a nivel intermedio.
- Disponibilidad para desplazarse por todo Lima Metropolitana.
