Misión del puesto: Garantizar la exactitud, integridad y calidad de la mercancía preparada para su distribución a tiendas mediante procesos rigurosos de auditoría y certificación física y documentaria. Su objetivo principal es asegurar la política de 'Cero Errores' en el despacho, validando que no existan discrepancias en cantidades, bultos, códigos ni descripciones de producto, optimizando así la confiabilidad del inventario y el abastecimiento de los puntos de venta.
Funciones:
- Realizar la auditoría de despacho certificado en base a la muestra asignada por el responsable de inventario, el conteo físico es "ciego" o dirigido, y la labor es verificar físicamente las cantidades de producto preparadas contra la orden de despacho o la packing list generada por el sistema.
- Organizar la mercancía (rolls o pallets) en la zona de despacho asignada en el CD para realizar la revisión o auditoría.
- Asegurar que los productos estén correctamente alistados y que lleven las etiquetas de despacho correspondientes: OLPN, hojas de despacho, código, producto, cantidad, destino, etc.
- Identificar faltantes, sobrantes o productos cruzados (troques) durante la auditoría y llevar un registro.
- Verificar que los empaques, cajas y productos no presenten daños, roturas, abolladuras o mermas en el proceso de despacho certificado de rollers o pallets.
- Contar y certificar la cantidad de cajas, pallets o contenedores que conforman el despacho. Asegurar que las cajas estén correctamente selladas y con las etiquetas de destino visibles y que los Rolls o Pallets cumplan las medidas de seguridad.
- Devolver inmediatamente el pedido observado al área de picking para su rectificación y volver a auditarlo una vez subsanado el error.
- Alimentar la base de datos o sistema con los errores encontrados por operario o por zona para identificar oportunidades de mejora en el Centro de Distribución.
- Participar en los inventarios generales y cíclicos (físicos) para asegurar que las existencias del sistema coincidan con lo que realmente existe en físico en el CD, reportando cualquier diferencia (faltantes o sobrantes).
- Validar en tiempo real todos los movimientos de entrada, salida y transferencias de mercancía utilizando terminales de radiofrecuencia (pistolas de "RF") o sistemas tipo WMS / SAP/ Oracle.
- Apoyar la ejecución de auditoría a los procesos operativos del centro de distribución.
Requisitos:
- Técnico egresado en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, Contabilidad o carreras afines.
- Experiencia mínima de 1 año en despacho certificado.
- Manejo de sistemas o ERP: WMS (deseable) y ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Conocimiento en metodologías de control de inventario y merma.
- Manejo de Office a nivel intermedio.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en Punta Hermosa.
Beneficio adicional: Salario de S/ 1,400 mensuales. Además, se otorgará una Tarjeta de Alimentación 3A.
