Tidyco is a multi‑divisional engineering company based in Derby, since 1973, and are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible individual to join our current team.
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Climate Control Engineer to join our team. If you’re passionate about delivering high‑quality service, take pride in your work, and enjoy building strong customer relationships, we’d love to hear from you. This is a full‑time, permanent position. The role will include a Company Van and is a field‑based role nationwide. Ideally you would be Midlands based so you can easily attend the Tidyco site when required.
Responsibilities- HVAC servicing & repairs - Service, repair and install HVAC, air conditioning, chiller and refrigeration systems.
- Planned & reactive maintenance - Carry out maintenance across UK customer sites.
- Fault diagnosis - Identify issues, complete repairs and commission systems to industry standards.
- Compliance & safety - Ensure all work meets regulatory and company requirements.
- Customer service - Deliver excellent service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Professional representation - Uphold Tidyco values and standards on every site.
- Documentation - Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time.
- Team support - Contribute to the success and growth of the Climate Control Division.
- Work in line with Tidyco values - customer focus, high standards, accountability, teamwork and diversity.
- Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills across HVAC systems.
- Confident and professional in customer‑facing environments.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptable and calm under pressure.
- Full clean UK driving licence (company van provided).
