About the Role
Full‑time position on a client site, providing support in daily operations and facilities management. The Facilities Support will be responsible for all maintenance tasks on site, delivering excellent customer service to internal and external staff, and maintaining high levels of cleanliness throughout the building. Friendly, approachable, and with a can‑do attitude are essential.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Complete assigned work orders from staff onsite.
- Diagnose the cause of defects or problems and make repairs in line with policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Perform inspections, repairs, and general upkeep of office and communal spaces.
- Maintain accurate documentation and complete service records on time.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions with internal staff and external contractors.
- Work as part of a team, supporting a collaborative and open culture.
- Uphold company policies and procedures at all times.
About You
- Experience in maintenance or a similar technical trade.
- Proficient in delivering excellent customer service in a resident‑facing role.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Professional, approachable, and well‑mannered.
- Effective team player with a proactive approach.
- Able to follow policies and procedures with attention to detail.
