As an employee of Tidy Green Clean, the position will be based full time on client site offering support in daily operations and facilities support. The role of Facilities Support is an integral role for our client. You will be responsible for all maintenance tasks on site and for delivering excellent customer service to internal and external staff. You will be friendly, approachable, and have a can-do attitude. As a Facilities Support, you will complete daily checks, carry out stock checks and top ups within all areas of the business, help maintain high levels of cleanliness throughout the building feeding back any issues to the cleaning team.
Responsibilities include:
- Complete assigned work orders from staff onsite.
- Diagnose the cause of defects or problems and make repairs in line with policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Perform inspections, repairs, and general upkeep of office and communal spaces.
- Maintain accurate documentation and complete service records on time.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions both with internal staff and exterior contractors.
- Work as part of a team, supporting a collaborative and open culture.
- Uphold company policies and procedures at all times.
About You:
- Experience in maintenance or a similar technical trade.
- Proficient in delivering excellent customer service in a resident-facing role.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Professional, approachable, and well-mannered.
- Effective team player with a proactive approach.
- Able to follow policies and procedures with attention to detail.
Working Schedule: 6AM β 4PM, Monday β Friday
