Job Description
PFC Careers are excited to be working once again with a SME civil engineering contractor to recruit a Civil Engineering Manager to be the main point of contact of one of their divisions.
The company in question have been going through a steady period of growth and offer a very friendly, accommodating working environment.
The role will be very much front facing and you will be responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships.
- You will need to be commercially minded to ensure project profitability
- What is required
- Be proactive with all new enquiries
- Provide technical input with the support of technicians
- Prepare proposals and quotations
- Conduct site surveys
- Sign off all designs
- Manage internal staff
- Manage the day to day projects on site
- Work closely with Commercial Manager
- Be the face of the division
To be considered for this role you must be a degree qualified civil engineer and want to continue or develop in a senior management role.
You will need to be an excellent communicator and show the ability to work independently.
