An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Workshop Controller to join a successful main dealership representing one of the automotive industry's most recognised brands.
Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Managing the workshop team and ensuring high levels of productivity.
- Maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Overseeing the scheduling of work and ensuring timely completion of repairs.
- Monitoring performance metrics and implementing improvements as necessary.
