Ward Manager – Mental Health Rehabilitation (RMN/RGN) Location: Tadworth, Surrey (KT20) Salary: Competitive Salary + Excellent Benefits I’m working exclusively with a leading private mental health provider to recruit an experienced Ward Manager for a male rehabilitation service in Tadworth. This is a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced Ward Manager or a senior nurse ready to step up into a leadership role. This role is more than just managing a ward — it’s about leading by example, creating a positive culture, developing your team, and ensuring service users receive the highest standard of care.
