With a continued record of growth and stability, we\’re on the constant lookout for fresh talent to join our expanding teams.As a Technology Lawyer you will be negotiating Master Service Agreements with customers and partners as well as other complex contractual arrangements supporting the provision of a diverse range of products and services. Working alongside the Legal team you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with numerous stakeholders and supporting the drafting of technology related contracts. There is a requirement to be flexible, Occasional after-work hours may be required to support operational needs due to global stakeholders. Telecommuters considered.Primary Responsibilities:Negotiating and drafting Master Services Agreements and Global Framework Agreements with Customers and Partners as well as other complex contractual arrangements supporting the provision of a diverse range of products and services;Advising on public sector tenders and RFP responsesSupport drafting, negotiation, and review of technology-related contracts, including software licensing agreements, technology development agreements, and Saa S agreements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product managers, developers, and business stakeholders, to ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation in technology transactions and product launches.Strong understanding of intellectual property laws, data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, EU AI Act and EU Digital Services Act), and relevant technology-related regulations.Supporting other Legal Team members with large complex commercial contractsYou will be rewarded and recognised for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role, as well as providing development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:Bachelors degree (or higher) in the relevant subjectLegally qualified UK Solicitor/Lawyer or Common Law qualified lawyer with current Practicing CertificateProven post qualification experience supporting technology transactions within Public SectorPreferred Qualifications:Working knowledge of Procurement ActPlease note you must currently be eligible to work and remain indefinitely without any restrictions in the country to which you are making an application.
