Your focus will be on tattoo removal using the PicoSure laser skin treatments (eg pigmentation, skin tags) and skin rejuvenation using various laser devices.The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional service and care to clients, with previous laser experience. We are currently seeking a skilled Laser Technician with expertise in PicoSure tattoo / pigmentation removal technology to join us.*Our philosophy is to provide our clients with the highest quality treatments using the best technology available, including: PicoSure, Soprano Titanium, Aerolase, Plasmapen, SkinPen**Job Description:*As a Laser Therapist at at LaserYou, you will be instrumental in delivering premium laser hair treatments for both men and women using the PicoSure (Cynosure) laser . The ideal candidate will possess a Level 4 VTCT Laser Certificate and demonstrate proficiency in operating this advanced laser technology and other devices .*Responsibilities:*1. Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their suitability for laser hair removal treatments and address their concerns.2. Perform precise and effective laser treatments, tailored to each client\’s unique needs.3. Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulatory standards to ensure the safety and well-being of clients and staff.4. Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions to optimize results and enhance client satisfaction.5. Maintain accurate treatment records and client profiles with meticulous attention to detail.6. Collaborate closely with the boutique team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.7. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements through ongoing training and professional development.8. Assist with administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, phone inquiries, and inventory management as needed.*Requirements:*1. Experience as a Laser Technician – specific expertise in operating the PicoSure laser would be beneficial but not necessary.2. Possession of a Level 4 VTCT Laser Certificate.3. Proven track record of delivering outstanding results and exceptional client satisfaction in laser treatments.4. Comprehensive understanding of laser physics, skin biology, and hair growth cycles.5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering personalised client care.6. Ability to thrive in a boutique environment and contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere.7. Flexibility to accommodate evening and weekend shifts based on client demand.8.
