Requirements
- Proven experience operating as a business leader (CEO, GM, or SVP) in a high-growth environment
- Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of owning and scaling P&L-driven businesses; ideally in a multi-country context
- Experience in one or more relevant domains such as: Accounting / payroll / expense management SaaS for SMEs, Financial or operational services platforms
- Ability to scale multi-product portfolios internationally, not just single products in-market
- A team player with demonstrated success building and leading large, multi-functional teams
- Strong execution capability able to break down complex problems and drive outcomes at pace
- Experience defining pricing, monetisation, and go-to-market strategies

Admin Services is a critical component in Tide’s strategy to provide SMEs a strong business management platform. Our mission is to simplify and automate the essential administrative and financial workflows that SMEs rely on to run their businesses and enable them to focus on growth rather than operational complexity. The Admin Services vertical spans multiple high-impact verticals, including: Invoicing, Payroll, Expense management, Business registrations and compliance, Accounting and tax. Collectively, these services form the backbone of how businesses manage their day-to-day operations. With strong early traction and a large, underserved market opportunity, we are focused on building a scalable, high-margin, and deeply embedded and connected platform of admin solutions.

We are seeking a commercially driven, enterprise-minded SVP of Admin Services to lead and scale this multi-product division into a category-defining business. This is a senior CEO-style role, with ownership of strategy, execution, and financial performance across multiple product lines. You will be responsible for continuing to make Admin Services a high-growth business within Tide’s product suite, while ensuring operational excellence and a seamless member experience. You will operate as a business owner first, with a strong emphasis on commercial strategy, market expansion, and breaking through execution barriers leveraging your leadership team for deep product and domain expertise.
As SVP of Admin Services, your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Leadership & P&L Ownership: Define the vision and strategy across all Admin Services product lines, owning full P&L accountability and driving growth, profitability, and long-term scalability
- Product Line Expansion: Scale existing services such as invoicing, payroll, expense management, registrations and accounting & tax into meaningful business lines, while identifying and building adjacent opportunities, both in the UK and internationally
- Commercial & Go-to-Market Ownership: Own pricing, packaging, monetisation, and distribution strategies. Drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and cross-sell across the portfolio
- Team Leadership & Organisation Building: Build and lead a high-performing, multi-layered team, with strong leadership across product, operations, and commercial functions
- Operational Excellence: Establish scalable processes across onboarding, servicing, compliance, and support, ensuring high reliability and efficiency
- Technology & AI Enablement: Leverage automation and emerging technologies, including AI, to transform service delivery and improve efficiency
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, Risk, Legal, and Marketing teams to execute the division’s strategy
- Market & Customer Insight: Develop a deep understanding of SME needs, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment to inform strategy and innovation
