Tide is seeking a Product Design Manager to shape the member experience across 55+ products. You will lead a team of 4–8 designers, mentor across domains, and actively contribute to hands-on design for key initiatives.
The role requires balancing leadership with practical design work while driving cohesive experiences across Tide. You will partner with PMs and Eng to define strategy, OKRs, and roadmaps, and help pioneer AI-enabled design processes.
